Local event “Young People in Europe: Participation and Cooperation”
“Young People in Europe: Participation and Cooperation” — event successfully held!
On November 3rd, at Eastern Latvia Creative Service Centre “Zeimuļs”, participants of the Erasmus+ project “Youth for Active European Citizenship” from Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Greece, Hungary and Latvia met with local organizations and young people from Rezekne to discuss youth participation, cooperation and opportunities in Europe.
Before the event, the project participants enjoyed an excursion around “Zeimuļs” centre, exploring the building, its creative spaces and learning more about local youth activities in Rēzekne.
During the event:
-we shared experiences about European projects and youth initiatives,
-created new contacts and cooperation opportunities,
-engaged in informal discussions on how to strengthen young people’s voice in Europe’s future.
